The Marketing Specialist oversees and coordinates various marketing activities to promote Boost Home Healthcare effectively. This includes developing strategies, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent message is conveyed to customers and the community.

- Competitive pay: In addition to base compensation, the Marketing Manager will be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Referral bonuses will be awarded for each patient referral that exceeds the established monthly minimum, providing strong incentives for high-performing individuals who consistently contribute to census growth. The position will start as a part-time position ($34 - $38 per hour), and for the right person, can grow into a full-time position with a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage marketing operations
- Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates home health strategic marketing plan and marketing initiatives
- Ensures leads database is accurate and current
- Ensures marketing and sales reports are accurate and timely
- Spends time identifying and cultivating relationships with referral sources
- Increases overall client census; Develops and oversees inquiry follow up process to turn leads into clients
- Participates in local marketing events, health fairs, civic organization events, etc.
- Plans and hosts marketing events
- Communicates upcoming marketing events to appropriate staff
- Negotiate contracts with managed care companies, government agencies and other payers that ensure optimal reimbursement
- Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community
What We’re Looking For
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related field
- Access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1 - 3 years' experience as a marketer, business relationship specialist, or business liaison preferred
Compensation: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
