Boost Home Healthcare - Summerlin seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) on a per diem basis to join our Home Health team for our 2026 opening! The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong background in various nursing specialties, including critical care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs in their home environment.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
Perform specialized nursing procedures such as ostomy care, wound care, and administration of dermal fillers when necessary.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, physical therapists, and social workers to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.

Experience

Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field.
Proficiency in critical care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or laboratory settings is highly desirable.
Knowledge of physiology and sonography principles is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Experience in nursing home settings is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
